GPC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,807 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAGLN, C1QTNF3, and NKX3-2. Each is linked with GPC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC4-to-partner and partner-to-GPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPC4 versus TAGLN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
