GPC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,916 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA1, RNA5SP408, and ATP5MC1. Each is linked with GPC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC4-to-partner and partner-to-GPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA1 grouped by GPC4-low versus GPC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
