Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLRN2 and SI. Each is linked with GPC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPC4-to-partner and partner-to-GPC4 results are reported.
