GPBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SREK1, PHAX, and KIF2A. Each is linked with GPBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPBP1 versus SREK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
