Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,017 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2L, DLX5, and FLT3. Each is linked with GPBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPBP1 versus CCM2L in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
