Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,742 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Regulation of centriole elongation, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with GPBP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBP1 results are reported.
