GPBAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPBAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPBAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1250P, MIR132, and RNU6-365P. Each is linked with GPBAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBAR1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1250P grouped by GPBAR1-low versus GPBAR1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPBAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPBAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
