GPBAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPBAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPBAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with GPBAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPBAR1-to-partner and partner-to-GPBAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1173 grouped by GPBAR1-low versus GPBAR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPBAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPBAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
