GPATCH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,185 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL393P, RNA5SP433, and RNU6-38P. Each is linked with GPATCH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH3-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
