Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPATCH2L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPATCH2L data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GPATCH2L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPATCH2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where GPATCH2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
