GPATCH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,167 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2P1, RNU6-1263P, and RNA5SP531. Each is linked with GPATCH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH2-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2P1 grouped by GPATCH2-low versus GPATCH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
