Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1334P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1334P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1334P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, RNU6-1334P RNA expression shows 6,134 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Together, these results highlight COAD, HNSC, and LGG as cancer lineages where RNU6-1334P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
