Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPATCH11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPATCH11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GPATCH11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPATCH11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where GPATCH11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
