GPATCH11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,919 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIF, SPAST, and NUDT1. Each is linked with GPATCH11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH11-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 versus PPIF in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
