GPATCH11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPATCH11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPATCH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, MIR6864, and HERC2P2. Each is linked with GPATCH11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH11-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by GPATCH11-low versus GPATCH11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPATCH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPATCH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
