The most reproducible GPATCH11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center organization, Negative regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with GPATCH11 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPATCH11-to-partner and partner-to-GPATCH11 results are reported.
