GPAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, cIAP, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with GPAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAT4-to-partner and partner-to-GPAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by GPAT4-low versus GPAT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
