GPAT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPAT3_S68, CES1, and ANXA2. Each is linked with GPAT3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAT3-to-partner and partner-to-GPAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPAT3 versus GPAT3_S68 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
