Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPAM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPAM data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher GPAM Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPAM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where GPAM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
