GPAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4, NHLRC2, and STK10. Each is linked with GPAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAM-to-partner and partner-to-GPAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPAM versus PARP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
