GPAM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,487 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDEA, KLF2, and FBLN2. Each is linked with GPAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAM-to-partner and partner-to-GPAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPAM versus CIDEA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
