GPAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,444 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P8, TRIM26, and RNU6-709P. Each is linked with GPAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPAM-to-partner and partner-to-GPAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P8 grouped by GPAM-low versus GPAM-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
