GPALPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPALPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPALPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP4, MRPS31, and MED4. Each is linked with GPALPP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPALPP1-to-partner and partner-to-GPALPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPALPP1 versus WBP4 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPALPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPALPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
