GP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A3, MTND4P18, and LINC02041. Each is linked with GP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP6-to-partner and partner-to-GP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A3 grouped by GP6-low versus GP6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
