GP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, IGFBP2, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with GP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP6-to-partner and partner-to-GP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by GP6-low versus GP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
