GP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with GP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP5-to-partner and partner-to-GP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by GP5-low versus GP5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
