GP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3R2, RASGEF1C, and DAZ1. Each is linked with GP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP5-to-partner and partner-to-GP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP3R2 grouped by GP5-low versus GP5-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
