GP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,025 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPDC1, NSF, and AGR2. Each is linked with GP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP2-to-partner and partner-to-GP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GP2 versus NPDC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
