Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,941 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIPR, NEIL3, and USP35. Each is linked with GP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP2-to-partner and partner-to-GP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GP2 versus GIPR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
