Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, SLC30A7, and TIMM21. Each is linked with GP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP2-to-partner and partner-to-GP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf46 grouped by GP2-low versus GP2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
