Across TCGA patient cohorts, GP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Ku80, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with GP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP2-to-partner and partner-to-GP2 results are reported.
