Across TCGA cell cohorts, GP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 192 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium ion-regulated exocytosis of neurotransmitter, Semi-lunar valve development, and Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with GP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GP2-to-partner and partner-to-GP2 results are reported.
