GOT2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOT2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,421 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOT2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZCCHC3, UFD1_S247, and PSIP1. Each is linked with GOT2P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOT2P3-to-partner and partner-to-GOT2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOT2P3 versus ZCCHC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOT2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOT2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
