Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOT2P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOT2P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher GOT2P3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOT2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and ACC show a favorable association.
READ, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where GOT2P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
