Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,731 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic DNA replication, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with GOT2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOT2-to-partner and partner-to-GOT2 results are reported.
