GOT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,090 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM155A-IT1, TAF9, and RN7SKP261. Each is linked with GOT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOT1-to-partner and partner-to-GOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM155A-IT1 grouped by GOT1-low versus GOT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
