GOSR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOSR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, ZNF830, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with GOSR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOSR2-to-partner and partner-to-GOSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOSR2 versus XRCC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
