GOSR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOSR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,544 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOVL2, ELOVL2-AS1, and LINC02139. Each is linked with GOSR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOSR2-to-partner and partner-to-GOSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOSR2 versus ELOVL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
