GOSR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOSR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM104, CDC27, and NMT1. Each is linked with GOSR2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOSR2-to-partner and partner-to-GOSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOSR2 versus TMEM104 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
