Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLT1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GOLT1B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GOLT1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLT1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ACC are the cancer types where GOLT1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
