Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLT1B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GOLT1B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GOLT1B mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLT1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where GOLT1B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
