Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLT1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,421 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf4, RAD51AP1, and KYNU. Each is linked with GOLT1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLT1B-to-partner and partner-to-GOLT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOLT1B versus C12orf4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
