The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher GOLGA8O RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA8O expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and PAAD show a favorable association.
MESO, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where GOLGA8O RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
