The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher GOLGA8O Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA8O expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where GOLGA8O Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
