Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLGA8K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,828 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA8K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with GOLGA8K in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA8K-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA8K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by GOLGA8K-low versus GOLGA8K-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
