Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA8J RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,685 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA8J-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Obsolete histone modification, and Neural tube development. Each is linked with GOLGA8J in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA8J-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA8J results are reported.
