Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLGA8H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,701 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA8H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to organelle, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Positive regulation of translation. Each is linked with GOLGA8H in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA8H-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA8H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of protein localization to organelle grouped by GOLGA8H-low versus GOLGA8H-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
