Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA8F RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOLGA8F data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher GOLGA8F RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA8F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where GOLGA8F RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
