Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLGA6L6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA6L6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC5, PYGL, and DAAM1. Each is linked with GOLGA6L6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA6L6-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA6L6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC5 grouped by GOLGA6L6-low versus GOLGA6L6-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA6L6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA6L6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
