Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA6L17P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA6L17P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX6P1, RNA5SP232, and FTLP4. Each is linked with GOLGA6L17P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA6L17P-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA6L17P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX6P1 grouped by GOLGA6L17P-low versus GOLGA6L17P-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA6L17P→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA6L17P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
